Welcome to SHREEE SAMAST KHADAYATA SURSSKSTHA TRUST (herein referred as "SSKST").

SSKST provides services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. On your visit at SSKST, you consciously accept the terms and conditions as set out herein below. In addition, when you use or visit any current or future SSKST service, whether or not included in the SSKST Website, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service. Please read the various services provided by SSKST before making any payment in respect of any service.

The Users availing services from SSKST shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions here of and this agreement shall govern the relationship between you and SSKST and all transactions or services by, with or in connection with SSKST for all purposes, and shall be unconditionally binding between the parties without any reservation. All rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities of you and/or SSKST with respect to any transactions or services by, with or in connection with SSKST for all purposes shall be governed by this agreement. The terms and conditions may be changed and/or altered by SSKST from time to time at its sole discretion.

SSKST shall act on the basis of the information that may be submitted by you, believing the same to be true and accurate even if the information is provided during the registration by your family, friends, relatives on your behalf under your express consent. SSKST is under no obligation to verify the accuracy or genuineness of the information submitted by you.

The minimum age for registering in SSKST is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 60 years. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and legal capability to enter into this Agreement and that you are neither neither prohibited nor disabled by any law in force from entering into a contract.

You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

If at any time SSKST, in its sole discretion, is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that You are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, SSKST hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of SSKST without any refund of any monies paid to SSKST.

You hereby expressly solicit and invite SSKST to communicate to you through any telecom resources in the registered number provided by you to explain, explicate and clarify the various services provided by SSKST and to assist aid or support you in availing the said services of KM.

1. At present, it is decided that every member shall pay yearly Rs. 40/- towards administrative cost.
2. Every member shall pay Death Fund Contribution (DFC) of Rs. 23/- per death. The Board of Trustees may vary this amount time to time in the interest of members.
3. (1) Every member shall pay the amount of Death Fund Contribution (ADFC) along with entrance fee. From this amount, Rs. 23/- will be paid to proper nominee of the deceased member. The Board of Trustees may vary the amount of ADFC from time to time. (2) If mortality increases in future, the Board of Trustees may suitably vary the amount of ADFC and the amount payable by the member per death and the decision made in that behalf shall be binding to all. (present ADFC amount is Rs. 3000/-)
4. Notice for DFC shall be issued every year on 1 st January and 1 st July whereby DFC amount of Death Claims received at the office of trust for the period from 1 st July to 31 st December and for the period from 1 st January to 30 th June, and administered cost amount shall be demanded. DFC amount will not be accepted after the deadline declared by the trust for payment of the DFC together with late charges, and the membership of the member shall automatically cease. In such eventuality ,unused ADFC of the member if any shall be returned or if the amount of DFC is paid by the Trust on behalf of the member, then the member shall be liable to pay such DFC amount to the Trust. The member so ceased may again be enrolled only once on his making payment of entrance fee subject however to prevalent rules relating to age.
5. Any change or alteration taking place in the particulars filled in at the time of enrolling as member shall have to be intimated in writing to the office of the Institution.
6. The member desiring to retire voluntarily from the membership of the Institution shall be returned the amount of unutilized DFC that remains after payment of DFC of Death Claims up to the month of receipt of such application and return of Original Membership Certificate.
7. The member may pay advance DFC Deposit in the multiple of Rs. 5000/- as his excess payment. No interest or compensation shall be allowed or payable on such amount. The accounts for this amount shall be given to the members with every DFC notice.
8. The member who has remained as member of the trust for continuously 25/30 years shall be exempted from payment of DFC amounts occurring from 26 th/ 31 st year of his membership. Such member shall have to pay annual administrative fee only for the period thereafter. The DFC liability for such member shall be met from the trust fund on behalf of trust.

Any member found to have been acting much prejudicial and detrimental to the interest of the Trust, then the Board of Trustees shall write a letter by Registered A.D. Post at his recorded/registered address and the member shall have to tender reply within 15 days of receipt of such letter. In the event of his failure to submit reply thereof within the time- limit specified above OR if the reply is not found satisfactory to the Board of Trustees, the Board of Trustees shall terminate membership of such member. The decision so made in this manner shall be final and binding to all.

Members are only authorized to deposit *Death Fund Contribution amount (ASSURANCE FOR MIN OR FIXED AMOUNT TO BE RECEIVED ) their payments through Debit Card / Credit Card and Net banking facility.

*Every six month DFC amount will be calculated as per Death Claim Inward.

Once the payment is successfully paid through the aforementioned modes, it can’t be refunded online.
